Climate

The temperature averages 68° to 84° F - ALL YEAR ROUND... As close to perfect as it gets!
Hacienda la Arboleda , loosely translated means “old estate surrounded by trees”, is a small, private… and definitely “one of a kind” community.

Each property consists of nearly two acres, or one manzana ( 7000 sq. meters minimum ) of gently sloping, panoramic views of the entire Central Valley… three volcanoes… mountains… and lights from the city so close you think that you can reach out and touch them.

The property itself is located less than five kilometers, or about three miles from the picturesque town of San Pedro de Poas, the capitol of the canton of Poas, and 5 miles East of Grecia.  It borders Alajuela and is just 20-25 minutes not only from the nation’s capitol, but from the airport.   It is centrally located, yet is totally private and hidden.
When you see the property and the views… and then realize the real convenience and privacy… you will know that it is truly “one of a kind.”  The property is gently sloping, planted in coffee but with huge trees which simply don’t exist any longer with newer housing.   It is stunning…panoramic…and private.

Phase one has begun... with the entire property comprising over 34 acres.

Prices begin at $75,000.  Utilities are included in the price as are interior roadways, drainage, and more.

Ask for details quickly.   Undercurrents of interest are already there, even before the project was officially “on the market”.   From the locals, who know property values… to passersby… to even the backhoe operator… and the women in the municipality… it IS one of a kind.

The price, the location, the views, the privacy… are unequalled.
